Transformation of derelict basement area into a
stunning bespoke office space.

Working for our Client in one of their central London locations, our brief was to transform their derelict basement area into bespoke offices complete with
meeting rooms, reception, W.C’s. and a breakout area to enable them to host meetings for visitors flying in to London.

The project consisted of the installation of all main services including fire compartmentation, heating , ventilation and bespoke joinery.
