Founded in 1999, Swift Building Services (Midlands) Limited is a commercial building company, based in Birmingham. We pride ourselves in delivering high quality services and have more than two decades in the industry with a proven track record.

Our team are highly skilled in their respective trades and have gained years of experience working in various environments, where it is essential that ‘business as usual’ remains, as much as possible, for our clients such as live hospital wards. Our hands on approach, led from the top, sets us apart from our competitors.
